It reflects the idea of embracing the full potential of an individual, nurturing every aspect to help them reach their best. In the context of our center, it symbolizes a holistic approach to supporting and developing each child's unique abilities. We are dedicated to educating teachers and the public about the specific needs of children with special needs, offering personalized academic and behavioral support to help students thrive. Shruthi Raghavendrachar

Founder and Special Educator

"As a dedicated special educator with over 12 years of experience, I possess a strong passion for creating inclusive learning environments tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with special needs. My expertise spans individualized instruction, behavior analysis interventions, and child development. Having worked in the USA and India, I've gained valuable experience in teaching students with autism spectrum disorders and other special needs. I hold a diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties, a certificate in Child Psychology, and am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)."

"I am a corporate trainer and educator with over 15 years of experience. Holding a BEd, MBA, Diploma in Learning Disability and a Diploma in School Management and Operations, I specialize in creating inclusive, student-centered programs for learners with disabilities. Skilled in psychometric evaluation and professional coaching, I foster a supportive, growth-oriented environment. As a parent of a child with special needs, I am deeply committed to celebrating all learning styles. I am a strong leader and communicator, dedicated to empowering learners to reach their full potential."

Deepa Krishnananda

Course Co-ordinator

Deepa Krishnananda is dedicated to raising awareness among people and teachers about the importance of empathy towards children, especially those who require additional support. With 16 years of experience as a course coordinator and teacher, she plays a vital role in the education sector. She is also a founding trustee of Project SparkL, a non-profit organization that focuses on teaching foundational literacy and numeracy skills to abandoned children in shelter homes. Deepa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, a Diploma in Specific Learning Disabilities, a Master’s in Inclusive Education, and a Diploma in Psychological Counseling. She began her career as a counselor for two years before transitioning into special education in 2009, and since 2015, she has been actively training teachers to create more inclusive learning environments.

Sona Venkateshamurthy

Cognitive Behaviour Therapist

Sona Venkateshamurthy holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology and has completed a PG Diploma in Child Psychology and Counselling.Her expertise includes:- Diploma in Pedagogy for Learning Disabilities (LD) from SVYASA itbis total solutions, Hyderabad and 8 years of experience as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with her extensive knowledge and experience, She is also well-equipped to provide personalized guidance and support to individuals of all ages.

Rewa Mohan Jairath

Course Co-ordinator

Rewa Mohan Jairath is a dedicated Special Educator with expertise in working with children with special needs. She has worked in various settings, including one-on-one and small group environments, and specializes in creating personalized learning plans (IEPs) to foster emotional, social, and academic growth. Rewa is known for her compassionate approach and strong communication skills and is passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
